Always a great time wrapping a piece up with Justin. One of the best in the game and he always manages to step it up with every piece he makes. This is the first pendant collab of ours with some facets and layered colors for the body colors. Shout out to @jawnz_and_thingz for the scoop! #warlockstatus #upgradetowarlockstatus #wjcglass #alienjewelry
All new @moltenaura colors tested again via a cust All new @moltenaura colors tested again via a custom inside out 1 piece hammer. So far so good with the two pieces I’ve made with them. We’ll see how they hold up the next two weeks till I make another in this combo.

There are many color without bling in them that can’t make it past the inside out test. Remember hearing older greens or sparkle colors cracking your inside out piece as it finished cooling down in the kiln?

Flameworked borosilicate 2023

Last year, I initially tested this assembly process in my studio then did a run through of the first Enceladian Cephlapod at the @salemcommunitycollege. That was my first public demo in years. It was very helpful to do a dry run in front of the students. Eventually I demonstrated this process at the @glassartsociety conference in Detroit shortly after. Super happy with the outcome and it definitely opened up some doors to a new body of work. #borosilicate #glassart #glasssculpture
